Can I participate if I have never practiced yoga OR breathwork?

Yes! This retreat is for all levels and we especially welcome beginners.

WHAT LANGUAGE WILL THE RETREAT BE HELD IN?

The retreat and all workshops will be held in English. Nadia also speaks German and Swiss German, so if you’re from a German-speaking country, rest assured—we often have several German-speaking guests, creating a comfortable environment for everyone.

Do I bring anything?

We will send a simple packing list prior to the retreat.

I’ve never been out of the country! I’m nervous to fly.

We are here to support you and help make this the smoothest journey possible. We’ll be in contact the whole way.

How old do I have to be?

At least 18 or with a parents consent.

WHAT AIRPORT DO WE FLY INTO?

The airport in Mallorca is called “Palma de Mallorca Airport”. It’s about a 40 minute drive to the retreat center.

CAN I COME ALONE?

Absolutely! Many guests attend solo, and we create a welcoming, supportive environment where everyone can feel comfortable and at ease.

WHAT IF I HAVE ANY DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?

The meals we eat together during the retreat will be mostly plant-based, refined sugar-free, and crafted with fresh, nourishing ingredients. If you have any dietary restrictions or intolerances, simply let us know in your application so we can accommodate your needs.

What if I have specific wellness needs?

If you have any specific wellness needs or preferences, feel free to let us know in advance so we can do our best to accommodate.

ARE THERE ANY EXTRA COSTS DURING THE RETREAT?

If you’d like to book a private energy reading session with Nadia, this will be available at an additional cost. Treatments like massages can also be booked directly through Cal Reiet.

Are flights & transportation costs included?

Flights and transportation to and from the retreat location are not included. However, your stay, meals, and all workshops are fully covered.

CAN I DO A PAYMENT PLAN?

If you’re able to pay the full price upfront, we appreciate it. But we also offer payments in rates. For that simply get in contact with us so that we can find a way together that works well for you.

Cancellation Policy for Soul Scape Retreats:

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your attendance at our retreat. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation 40 Days or More Before the Retreat:

   - If you cancel 40 days or more before the start of the retreat, we can refund 70% of the total retreat cost.

2. Cancellation 30-39 Days Before the Retreat:

   - If you cancel between 30 and 39 days before the start of the retreat, we can refund 50% of the total retreat cost.

3. Cancellation 14-29 Days Before the Retreat:

   - If you cancel between 14 and 19 days before the start of the retreat, we can refund 30% of the total retreat cost.

4. Cancellation less than 14 Days Before the Retreat:

   - If you cancel less than 14 before the start of the retreat, there won’t be a refund.

Please note the following additional points

  • The refund percentages are based on the total cost of the retreat, excluding any additional services booked (energy readings & massages).

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to soulscape@nadiadamaso.com with the subject line "Soul Scape Retreat Cancellation."

  • The date of the cancellation will be determined by the date the written notice is received.

  • No refunds can be provided for cancellations made after the retreat has started.

We recommend that all participants consider obtaining travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may affect their ability to attend the retreat.

While we understand that unexpected situations can arise, please note that we are unable to provide refunds or discounts for late arrivals, early departures, flight cancellations, travel delays, or illness. Additionally, if circumstances beyond our control affect our ability to deliver the promised services, we appreciate your understanding that we cannot be held responsible for such occurrences.
